Each Villa is situated on 1/3 acre, stand alone units with no adjoining walls. There is one Villa One and Villa Two. The land was once the home of Zion's legendary David Flanigan. |

| Not only does Flanigan's Villas offer an incredible accommodation choice while visiting Zion National Park, but is also an excellent place to call home while visiting other beautiful parks in Southern Utah. Bryce Canyon National Park and Cedar Breaks National Monument are both within scenic 2 hour drives, and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon is only a scenic 2.5 hour drive away. There are also numerous other State Park and Recreation Areas within short distances as well. |
